Today I was thinking about Mencius and his idea that all men are good and can be perfect. I don't think he was right when he said this. Not every man is good or we wouldn't have all these wars. We could have unified the whole planet and made some sort of plan to make everyone happy if Mencius was correct. No one is truly good and we are far from perfect.
When I was a kid I was told that everyone makes mistakes because no one is perfect. That is what i believe because even now the world is making mistakes. The economy is going through some hard times and people are complaining about their medical care. I hope that all of these problems can be solved in the not so distant future. That is why i believe that we are not all good or perfect.
